Our team was entrusted with three key tasks: creating a captivating brochure, organizing a soft launch on social media, and producing a compelling project video. We embarked on designing an impactful communication strategy, effectively conveying to the target audience that this upcoming luxury property project is nearing completion in the city, urging them to seize the opportunity to be among the first to reside in it..

03 Social Media (soft launch)

Taking inspiration from the name "24," our designers crafted captivating creatives for the soft launch, keeping the project at the forefront. Carefully utilizing the symbolism of "24" throughout, we ensured that viewers comprehended the diverse offerings of the project. The designs conveyed a strong message, emphasizing the project's unique features while harnessing the power of visual storytelling to captivate and engage the target audience.

04 Project Brochure

The project brochure served as a comprehensive showcase of the luxury project set amidst nature, targeting interested prospects. Our designers adopted a simple and minimalistic design approach, accentuating elegance, and employed a golden color palette as a prominent element. The content was thoughtfully curated, delivering essential information in a concise yet informative manner. Prospective clients were provided with intricate details about amenities and more, ensuring a clear understanding of the project's offerings, while maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic throughout.

05 Project Video

To showcase the project and offer potential buyers a glimpse of their future experience, our team embarked on creating a captivating property video. Employing a unique approach, we combined half animation and half live shots to create an engaging visual experience. The voice-over, crafted to be informative yet concise, provided detailed insights into the project's offerings. The result was an interesting and immersive video that effectively communicated the project's value proposition to viewers.
